Zusammenfassung:The so-called "digital transformation" is giving birth to a complex intertwining of connections, involving both people and smart objects. This paper discusses digital transformation with regard to its implications for organizations and the future of work. First, authors focus on social and technological digital transformation drivers. Thereby, authors point out the profile of the new, "smart organization" and on the related skills called by this transformation. Then, they illustrate TIM's way, as to 2016, to enact the transition from knowledge to skills.
