Zusammenfassung:There have been several rounds of integration of family planning into health services and separation from them since the time when the government of Pakistan first initiated official family planning programme. Beginning with the launching of Bangladesh's Second Five Year Plan (1980-85), family planning has been functionally integrated with health services at the upazila (sub-district) level and below. The author criticizes this functional integration, which has been responsible for creating enormous adminstrative problems. (DÜI-Sen)
