Zusammenfassung:"In the last several years, sophisticated computer methods in image processing, image understanding, pattern recognition and graphics have been applied to problems in art history, art practice, and art conservation. Many of these computer techniques were developed for problems in digital photography and forensic imaging. The vast majority of photographic prints from digital cameras are "corrected" automatically by computers so that photographs appear better than the reality.
