The catalogue is divided into two parts. The first comprises an introduction by Dr Maria Anna Potocka, the Gallery director, a text by Agnieszka Mazoń, the curator, the artist's self-commentary and essays by two invited authors. Prof. Maria Poprzęcka, Ph. D., head of the Institute of Art History, University of Warsaw, draws attention to the beauty of passing conveyed by Stonawski in such works as his "book portraits". Prof. Andrzej Bednarczyk, rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, focuses on the perversity of the young artist's works, whose context depends on the place of presentation. This part of the publication is complemented with the photographic documentation of the artist's solo exhibition presented at Bunkier Sztuki from July to October 2022. The second part of the catalogue comprises reproductions of the artist's works from the last fifteen years |
