Beaz Shamir devoted most of his life as a world-renowned researcher in the field of leadership, while trying to answer various questions. His articles dealt with leadership and charisma, the growth of authentic leadership, the question of the distance between leaders and those who follow them, the types of influence of leaders and their expressions, and more. This collection of articles is dedicated to him.
