It also includes all 100 exercises on a PDF file for educational use and a bio of Professor R. Scott Lank. All of the exercises are intended to connect more deeply to the individual’s creativity, to develop the ability to handle obstacles, create regularly and passionately during distractions, reduce negative thinking and feelings, and stay focused on the task at hand.
