| Format: | Systemvoraussetzungen: Operating systems: Windows or Macintosh platforms that are capable of running the applications mentioned above properly. With Macintosh, however, some characters may not be displayed properly Systemvoraussetzungen: The GIS vector map data are in Shapefile and ArcInfo Export formats, and respective software applications are required to use the data. ArcExplorer, for example, is a free GIS data viewer for the Shapefiles, and it can be downloaded free from the internet. For the Adobe Illustrator map data, the Illustrator version 10 or later is recommended. The raster map data are in GIF and TIFF formats, which can be displayed in image processing software. The GIF formatted data can also be displayed on web browsers through the HTML files contained in this CD-ROM. The explanatory notes in HTML format can be viewed in web browsers, and the ones in PDF can be browsed with Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded free from the web site |
