The rise of Saudi regional power and the foreign policies of northeast African states

The article is a comparative analysis of the foreign policy options and behavior of six northeast African states - Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Somalia, and Kenya - in response to the rise of Saudi regional predominance since 1967. (DÜI-Ott)
