Zusammenfassung: | Dissertation, Universitätsmedizin der Universität Greifswald, 2021 Chemokine, Antagonist, Bauchspeicheldrüsenkrebs, CCR4, Pankreaskarzinom, Makrophagen Studies have shown that macropahges have a big influence for the growth and invasiveness of pancreatic cancer and are connected with a poor prognosis. The macropahges which are working for the cancer are generally called tumor associated macrophages. Normally the macrophages were send to he cancer to destroy the cancer cells. But the pancreatic cancer has the ability to pogram the the infiltrating undifferentiated macrophages to tumor associated macrophages. In this promotion we could find out that the use of a CCR 4 antagonist in a syngeneic murine orthotop pancreatic cancer model reduce the tumor growth and the density of tumor associated macrophages in the cancer. So all in all we can say that the use of a CCR 4 antagonist to reduce the chemotaxis of macropahges to the cancer is a interesting attempt for the therapy of the pancreatic caner. |
