Part 1: Street to Gallery Stencil artist Luke Cornish began by drawing community art on the streets of Canberra. He got his big break when he was asked to create a stencil art for a square in Civic for National Harmony Day. In 2012 he moved to Melbourne, was taken up by the prestigious Metro Gallery and became a finalist in the Archibald Prize for Portraiture. After leaving school, Juan Ford studied engineering. He soon realised however that, he possessed an amazing talent for photorealism, so began studying art.
